  • Mock test scores are practice results only. AI-estimated scores are non-official and clearly labelled. Your teacher may provide override scores for verified assessments. Official IELTS or PTE results come from your test centre.
  • Portal access is managed by your consultancy. There is no self-registration. Your consultancy sets up and manages your account. Contact them if you need login help.
  • Payments are handled by your consultancy. The portal shows a read-only mirror of your payment records. Make payments through your consultancy’s usual process.

Where do I find my assigned mock tests?
Open My tests in the student portal to view mock tests published for you by your consultancy or teacher.
Are the Mock Test Scores official IELTS or PTE results?
Mock Test Scores are practice results produced through ConsultPrep. They are not official IELTS or PTE test results. AI-estimated scores are clearly labelled as non-official.
Can I see my schedule in the portal?
Yes. The portal shows upcoming classes and sessions recorded by your consultancy.
Where can I view available payment information?
When your consultancy has enabled it, the portal can show a read-only payment mirror and link you to the payment process used by your consultancy.
Who should I contact if my account details are incorrect?
Contact your consultancy. They manage student access and official student records.
